The Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) course is designed for experienced project, programme, PMO, and business leaders who are responsible for ensuring that an organization's investments are aligned with its strategic objectives.

Participants will explore how to move beyond managing individual projects and programmes to managing the portfolio as a strategic investment vehicle. The course develops the knowledge and practical skills required to evaluate competing initiatives, prioritize investments, manage portfolio risks, optimize resources, monitor performance, realize benefits, and communicate portfolio decisions to senior stakeholders.
